Return Policy
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging with all seals intact.
How to Return
To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number. We will arrange a pickup or provide return shipping instructions.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exceptions
Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned. Gift sets that have been partially opened are not eligible for return.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
